Pricing

Priced by environment and capability tier. Never per engineer.

Adoption should not cost you more. REAP is priced for the environment it manages and the capabilities you turn on, so every engineer, every tier-1 analyst and every approver can use it.

The proof of value

  • A paid 45-day proof of value, credited in full against the first annual subscription when the order is signed within 30 days of the business review
  • Or a lighthouse exchange: the fee waived for reference rights, a case study and structured product feedback
  • Either way, a baseline, written success criteria and a decision date

Founding-customer terms

  • Preferred pricing, held for the term, for customers who sign during the founding-customer program (closing date stated in your proposal)
  • A seat in the design-partner reviews that shape what is In development
  • Expansion path written into the order form: additional domains, assurance modules, MSP customers
  • No per-seat fees, ever
Value before price. We size a subscription after discovery, and we bring a value model built from your baseline (engineer capacity and outage economics shown separately) so the number is defended with your figures, not ours. Try the calculator.

Frequently asked

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

No. We run a paid, time-boxed proof of value with a baseline and a decision date, because both sides should be committed to a decision. The fee is credited to year one when you proceed.

Do you charge per device?

Pricing is set by the size of the managed environment (device and site bands and the domains in scope) not per engineer and not metered per query. Visibility should never be penalized.

Which budget does REAP come from?

From the budget that carries the cost it reduces: network operations or infrastructure tooling, contractor or managed-NOC hours, or a tool you would retire at renewal. The value model shows which line the hard-dollar value lands in, so the owner of that line can sign.

What does an MSP or partner pay?

Partner pricing covers deployments across a partner’s customer networks from one console, with a partner-led 60-day pilot option. See Partners.

Can we start small?

Yes. Pilots start with one production domain of 50–250 devices and one or two assurance outcomes, and expand only when you pull.

Get a scoped proposal.

Thirty minutes of discovery, a baseline worksheet, and a proposal sized to one domain. You get the pilot fee and a first-year price band in writing before week 0, so finance can check the budget before your team invests time.
