P1 walkthrough
A 30-minute working session in which REAP’s engineers walk through how REAP would investigate an incident the customer has already solved: the evidence it would request, the hypotheses it would test, and the detection that would have caught it earlier. The customer keeps the root cause to itself.
In REAP
REAP’s “bring us your last P1” offer, scheduled within one business day of the request. It is a conversation about method, not a replay: REAP does not run replays on exported tickets, configurations or logs, and publishes no turnaround commitment for a written walkthrough. The replay on the customer’s own network, with the evidence trail, happens inside the proof of value (5 to 10 solved incidents in week 2).

Bring us your last P1.
Keep the root cause to yourself; in a 30-minute session we walk through how REAP would have investigated it, evidence first. The replay on your own network happens inside the proof of value.
