About REAP

Built by engineers who have lived this problem

We started REAP because networks generate more signals than any team can process, and the tools built for a previous era of IT observability were never designed to reason about them. We are building the platform we wish we had while running networks at Cisco (opens in a new tab), Juniper (opens in a new tab) and Aruba (opens in a new tab).

What we believe

Restored is not the same as fixed. An incident closed without a verified root cause will recur. Completed is not the same as verified. A change marked successful because nobody complained is a risk that has not surfaced yet. Configured is not the same as compliant. A device that matches its intended configuration can still violate the policy it is meant to enforce, and a standby that has never been tested is not redundancy. Evidence beats confidence. An agent that cannot show its work should not be trusted with a network, and one that guesses confidently is a new kind of outage.

So REAP is read-only by default, links every conclusion to the evidence, says when it is unsure, and acts only under the governance you set.

Careers
We hire engineers who have shipped networking products and solutions engineers who have run networks. Write to us.

Talk to the people who build it.

We are early, and we say so: REAP runs today with design partners and has no public customer references yet. What that means for you: founders attend every kickoff and every business review, pilots start read-only, and every pilot ends in BUY, EXTEND or STOP on a date you set.
