Change verdict
REAP’s conclusion on a change window: Verified, Degraded, Rolled back, Inconclusive or Blocked, with the pre-change baseline, the diff, the postchecks and the evidence. “Completed” is a workflow state, not an outcome.
In REAP
In a pilot today: one real change window compared before and after, with the outcome and evidence recorded in the change ticket (week 4); automated verdicts on every change are In development.
