These terms govern your use of this website. Proofs of value and subscriptions to the REAP service are governed by separate written agreements (a statement of work and an order form with a master agreement) which take precedence for those services.
1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms and to the privacy statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site
The content is provided for general information about REAP and agentic AI for network operations. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we label our numbers: performance figures are design targets from REAP’s reference architecture unless a measured pilot result is cited with the customer’s consent; third-party statistics carry their source and year; product capabilities are labeled available, in pilots or roadmap on the product status page. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a commitment to deliver a feature, or professional advice.
3. Tools on this site
The value calculator and the self-assessment run in your browser on numbers you enter. Their outputs are estimates and indications for discussion, not measured results or a guarantee of value; a proof of value replaces them with measurements from your own environment.
4. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation and, for the buyer’s evaluation guide, copy and adapt it for your organization’s use with attribution. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to build a competing dataset or to train a model without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its content, the REAP name, logo and product names are owned by Reapitnow.ai, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party names and marks, including those of the platforms REAP integrates with, belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products; no endorsement is implied.
6. Evaluations and subscriptions
Proofs of value are governed by a statement of work that sets out scope, the success scorecard, the business criterion, the commercial option, data handling, the access model, term and termination. Subscriptions are governed by the order form and master agreement. Requests made through this site are invitations to discuss those agreements, not binding orders.
7. Third-party links
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about REAP, you agree we may use them without obligation to you, and you confirm they do not include confidential information of a third party.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reapitnow.ai, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Vulnerability disclosure
Security researchers acting in good faith under our disclosure guidelines will not be pursued for their research on this website. Please do not test systems you are not authorized to access.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about them are subject to the courts located in Santa Clara County, California. Customer agreements state their own governing law.
