REAP staff alerts: enrollment agreement and consent

For REAP staff who want the operational alerts by text: a new demo, proof-of-value, or P1 request from the website or a reviewed email reply, with a link to the record. Read the agreement, enroll in two minutes, and keep the signed copy that arrives by email. Reply STOP at any time to leave.

REAP Internal SMS Alerts: Enrollment Agreement and ConsentVersion v2.0 · 2026-10-25Effective on enrollment (today)

1. The program

Reapitnow.ai, Inc., doing business as REAP, with its principal place of business in San Jose, California (“REAP”), runs REAP staff alerts (the REAP Internal SMS Alerts program, the “Program”): automated text messages to REAP’s own designated staff (employees, founders, and contractors engaged by REAP, together “Staff”) about operational events that need prompt attention. Messages are sent from +1 (628) 303-2500, the number REAP also uses for its separate customer-service and marketing text programs; enrolling here does not enroll you in either of those. The Program sends no marketing, and no message under it goes to a prospect, a customer, or the public.

2. What you receive

One text when a demo request, a proof-of-value request, or a P1 incident review request reaches REAP, either through reapnet.ai or as a reply to REAP’s email that a REAP team member has reviewed. Each alert names the type of request and the requester’s company, with a link to the record in REAP’s customer relationship system, which only signed-in REAP staff can open. You also receive one enrollment confirmation after your enrollment is verified and approved, and occasionally a test of the service sent by the program administrator.

3. Your consent

By enrolling, you consent to receive these automated text messages from REAP at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is voluntary: it is not a condition of employment, of engagement, or of any purchase, and REAP staff who do not enroll can receive the same requests by email from the program administrator. Because requests arrive at any hour, alerts may be sent at any hour, including nights and weekends.

4. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the volume of requests: typically a few messages a week, more during events and campaigns. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. REAP charges nothing for the Program.

5. Opting out, and help

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message to stop; REAP’s number then sends you nothing under any of its programs, and one confirmation text follows. Replying START or UNSTOP lifts that block; REAP resumes staff alerts only for an enrollment that was verified and then stopped by STOP, not for one the program administrator removed, and START does not sign you up for any other program. You can always enroll again online. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or write to the program administrator at todd@reapnet.ai. You can also ask the program administrator, by email, to remove your number.

6. Delivery

Delivery depends on your carrier and network; a message may be delayed or not delivered. The Program is not an emergency or safety service, and neither REAP nor any carrier is liable for a delayed or undelivered message.

7. Your information

REAP records your name, work email address, role, mobile number, the consent text and version you accepted, your typed signature, the time of enrollment (UTC), the IP address and browser used, the verification of your work address and the program administrator’s approval of your number, and afterwards the message, delivery, and opt-out records of your number. REAP uses them only to run the Program and to evidence your consent. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are disclosed only to the providers that deliver the service under contract (Twilio, the carrier of REAP’s number; Sakari, the messaging service REAP uses to send and receive on it; HubSpot, REAP’s customer relationship system, from which the alerts are sent; and REAP’s website host, which stores the records), and where the law requires. Records are kept for the duration of your enrollment and five years after it ends, to evidence consent, and are then deleted. Privacy requests go to privacy@reapnet.ai; the REAP Privacy Statement applies.

8. Changes

REAP may change the Program and this agreement. The version identifier changes with the text, enrolled Staff are told by text or email, and a material change to what you receive is made only with fresh consent.

9. Electronic signature; paper form

Checking the two boxes, typing your name, and clicking “Enroll” is your electronic signature under the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal ESIGN Act. REAP records the enrollment and emails you the signed copy as a PDF with a link to verify your work address; the program administrator then confirms with you that the number is yours and approves the enrollment, which takes effect only then. The same agreement may instead be signed on paper during onboarding: the program administrator records a paper enrollment from the signed form and keeps the form; the same verification and approval follow before the confirmation text.

10. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. It is between you and Reapitnow.ai, Inc., doing business as REAP, 2150 North First Street, Suite 513, San Jose, CA 95131. Questions about it go to the program administrator at todd@reapnet.ai.

Questions

About enrolling

Who can enroll?

REAP staff only: employees, founders, and contractors engaged by REAP, with a REAP work email address. The form refuses other addresses, and typing a REAP address is not enough: you confirm it from your inbox, and the program administrator confirms your number with you before the enrollment takes effect. Customers and prospects are not texted under this program.

What is recorded when I enroll?

Your name, work email, role, mobile number, the consent text and version you accepted, your typed signature, the time of enrollment in UTC, the IP address and browser used; later, the message, delivery, and opt-out records of your number. REAP keeps the record for the duration of your enrollment and five years after it ends, then deletes it.

How do I stop?

Reply STOP to any message: one confirmation text follows, and then nothing more. Or email todd@reapnet.ai. Reply START to resume a verified enrollment that STOP stopped, or enroll again here.

What will the messages cost me?

REAP charges nothing. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan; frequency varies with the volume of requests, typically a few messages a week.

Can I sign on paper instead?

Yes. Print the consent form, check both boxes, sign it, and hand it to the program administrator, who records the enrollment and keeps the form. The same verification and approval follow, then one confirmation text.
